SECTION 31-10-40

   § 31-10-40  Fee – Expiration ofinstructor's license. – The fee for each application for an instructor's license shall be fifteendollars ($15.00). The license shall be granted or denied by the administratorof the division of motor vehicles within thirty (30) days after the applicationand shall expire, unless sooner revoked or suspended, on the thirtieth (30th)day of June following its effective date.
