SECTION 31-10-43

   § 31-10-43  Penalties for violations.– Any person violating the provisions of § 31-10-6, 31-10-35, or 31-10-39shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined notexceeding two hundred dollars ($200) or be imprisoned not exceeding three (3)months.
