§ 31-10-46 - Driver education course – Credit given.
SECTION 31-10-46
§ 31-10-46 Driver education course –Credit given. – A driver education student who passes the driver education course but fails thelearner's permit examination shall be given credit for passing the drivereducation course and need not retake it provided the student within ten (10)days retakes the learner's permit examination at the division of motor vehiclesand passes it.
