SECTION 31-10-6.3

   § 31-10-6.3  Duration and fee. – A limited instruction permit expires on the eighteenth (18th) birthday of thepermit holder. A limited provisional license expires on the eighteenth (18th)birthday of the permit holder. A full operator's license shall be issued andexpires on the date pursuant to § 31-10-30. The fee for a limitedinstruction permit or a limited provisional license is ten dollars ($10.00).The fee for a full operator's license is the amount prescribed in §31-10-31.
