§ 31-11-17 - False swearing.
SECTION 31-11-17
§ 31-11-17 False swearing. – Any person who makes any false affidavit, or knowingly swears or affirmsfalsely to any matter or thing required by the terms of this title to be swornto or affirmed, is guilty of perjury, and upon conviction shall be punishableby fine or imprisonment as applicable to other perjuries.
