§ 31-11-20 Permitting unauthorized personto drive prohibited. – No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him orher or under his or her control to be driven upon any highway by any person whois not authorized under this title or in violation of any of the provisions ofthis title.
