SECTION 31-11-22

   § 31-11-22  Rental to unauthorized personprohibited. – No person shall rent a motor vehicle to any other person unless the latterperson is then duly licensed under this title or, in the case of a nonresident,then duly licensed under the laws of the state or country of his or herresidence, except a nonresident whose home state or country does not requirethat an operator be licensed.
