SECTION 31-11-4

   § 31-11-4  Seizure of license in possessionof unauthorized person. – The license certificate issued under chapter 10 of this title isnontransferable, and if found in the possession of any person other than thelicensee may be seized immediately by any proper officer and shall be returnedby the officer immediately to the division of motor vehicles. The seizedlicense certificate shall immediately expire.
