§ 31-12-1 - Places provisions applicable. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 31-12-1

   § 31-12-1  Places provisions applicable.– The provisions of chapters 12 – 27 of this title relating to the operationof vehicles refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon highways and onall state, city or town owned public property except:

   (1) Where a different place is specifically referred to in agiven section.

   (2) The provisions of chapter 26 of this title and§§ 31-27-1 – 31-27-4 shall apply upon highways and elsewherethroughout the state.
