SECTION 31-12-10

   § 31-12-10  Animals and animal-drawnvehicles. – Every person riding an animal or driving any animal-drawn vehicle upon aroadway shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of theduties applicable to the driver of a vehicle by chapters 12 – 27 of thistitle, except those provisions of those chapters which by their very nature canhave no application.
