SECTION 31-12-11

   § 31-12-11  Uniformity of application.– The provisions of chapters 12 – 27 of this title shall be applicable anduniform throughout this state and in all political subdivisions andmunicipalities in the state, and no local authority shall enact or enforce anyordinance, rule, or regulation in conflict with the provisions of chapters 12– 27 of this title unless expressly authorized in them.
