SECTION 31-12-14

   § 31-12-14  State approval for trafficcontrol devices on state highways. – No local authority shall erect or maintain any stop sign or traffic controlsignal at any location so as to require the traffic on any state highway tostop before entering or crossing any intersecting highway unless approval inwriting has first been obtained from the state traffic commission.
