SECTION 31-12-15

   § 31-12-15  Powers of landowners preserved.– Nothing in chapters 1 – 27 of this title shall be construed to prevent theowner of real property used by the public for purposes of vehicular travel bypermission of the owner and not as matter of right, from prohibiting such use,or from requiring other or different or additional conditions than thosespecified in chapters 12 – 27 of this title, or otherwise regulating suchuse as may seem best to the owner.
