SECTION 31-12-9

   § 31-12-9  Due care by emergency vehicles.– The provisions of this chapter shall not relieve the driver of an authorizedemergency vehicle from the duty to drive with due regard for the safety of allpersons, nor shall the provisions protect the driver from the consequences ofthe driver's reckless disregard for the safety of others.
