   § 31-13-12  Traffic control near roadconstruction and maintenance operation. – The standards set forth in section VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic ControlDevices for Streets and Highways, prepared by the National Joint Committee onUniform Traffic Control Devices, pertaining to situations where traffic must bemoved through or around road construction and maintenance operations, areincorporated by reference and are to be considered the minimum standardsrelative to those situations.
