SECTION 31-15-3

   § 31-15-3  Passing of vehicles proceedingin opposite directions. – Drivers of vehicles proceeding in opposite directions shall pass each other tothe right, and upon roadways having a width for not more than one line oftraffic in each direction, each driver shall give to the other at leastone-half of the main traveled portion of the roadway as nearly as possible.Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
