SECTION 31-16-4

   § 31-16-4  Places where U-turns prohibited.– No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon anycurve or upon the approach to, or near the crest of a grade, where the vehiclecannot be seen by the driver of any other vehicle approaching from eitherdirection within five hundred feet (500'). Violations of this section aresubject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
