SECTION 31-18-16
§ 31-18-16 Penalty for violations as topeople who are blind. – Any person who violates any provision of §§ 31-18-13 – 31-18-15,upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not more than two hundredfifty dollars ($250).
