SECTION 31-18-18
§ 31-18-18 Right-of-way on sidewalks.– The driver of a vehicle crossing a sidewalk shall yield the right-of-way to alltraffic proceeding along and upon the sidewalk. Violations of this section aresubject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
