SECTION 31-19.3-2

   § 31-19.3-2  Definitions. – As used in this chapter:

   (1) "Motorized bicycles" has the meaning set forth in §31-1-3( l ).

   (2) "Motorized tricycles" has the meaning set forth in §31-1-3(n).

   (3) "Motor scooters" has the meaning set forth in §31-1-3(ee).
