SECTION 31-19-20

   § 31-19-20  Sale of new bicycles. –In every sale of a new bicycle, the seller shall issue a bill of sale whichshall contain on it the date of sale, the seller's and buyer's name andaddress, the manufacturer's name, model, and serial number of the bicycle.Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
