§ 31-19-5 - Clinging to vehicles.
SECTION 31-19-5
§ 31-19-5 Clinging to vehicles. – (a) No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled, or toyvehicle shall attach it or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway.
(b) This section shall not prohibit attaching a trailer orsemi-trailer to a bicycle if that trailer or semi-trailer has been designed forthis attachment.
