§ 31-2-12 Destruction of obsolete records.– The administrator of the division of motor vehicles may destroy any records ofthe division of motor vehicles that have been maintained on file for three (3)years which are obsolete and of no further service in carrying out the powersand duties of the division of motor vehicles.
