SECTION 31-2-20

   § 31-2-20  Registration and licenseinformation – Fee. – The division of motor vehicles, department of revenue shall, upon request,furnish registration and license information to the public. The division shallcollect ten dollars ($10.00) for each request. However, if the request is madeby any governmental agency, bureau or department, the division shall collect nofee. All nongovernmental inquiries must be accompanied by a written statementof purpose.
