SECTION 31-2-21

   § 31-2-21  Record of hearings. – In all administrative hearings conducted by personnel of the division of motorvehicles involving the issuance, revocation, or suspension of licenses tooperate vehicles or the registration of vehicles, a taped recording of thathearing may be made part of the record. In case of appeal to a court, copies ofthose tapes in lieu of a transcript shall be made available without charge tothe operator, owner, or his or her representative.
