SECTION 31-2-9

   § 31-2-9  Certified copies of licenses,applications and certificates. – The administrator and any officers of the division of motor vehicles that he orshe may designate are authorized to prepare under the seal of the division ofmotor vehicles and deliver upon request a certified copy of the application foroperator's license or registration, or operator's license or registration,charging a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each document so authenticated, andevery such certified copy shall be admissible in any proceeding in any court inlike manner as the original.
