SECTION 31-20-2

   § 31-20-2  Driving through railroad gate orbarrier. – (a) No person shall drive any vehicle through, around, or under any crossinggate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing while the gate or barrier isclosed or is being opened or closed.

   (b) Violations of this section are subject to finesenumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
