SECTION 31-20-8
§ 31-20-8 Placement of stop signs. –Every stop sign shall be erected as near as practicable to the nearest line ofthe crosswalk on the near side of the intersection. If there is no crosswalkthen it shall be placed as close as practicable to the nearest line of theroadway.
