SECTION 31-21.2-4

   § 31-21.2-4  Enforcement. – Any individual who alleges a violation of this chapter, other than §31-21.2-6, may file a civil action for damages and any appropriate andequitable relief in Superior Court. The court may allow a prevailing plaintiffreasonable attorneys' fees as part of the costs.
