SECTION 31-21-2

   § 31-21-2  Removal of vehicle parked onhighway. – Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle standing upon a highway inviolation of § 31-21-1, the officer is authorized to move the vehicle, orrequire the driver or other person in charge of the vehicle to move thevehicle, to a position off the paved or main traveled part of the highway.
