SECTION 31-21-3

   § 31-21-3  Removal of vehicle obstructingtraffic on bridge or in tunnel. – Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle, whether attended or unattended,disabled upon any bridge or causeway or in any tunnel where the vehicleconstitutes an obstruction to traffic, the officer is authorized to provide forthe removal of the vehicle to the nearest garage, service station, or otherplace of safety.
