SECTION 31-21-7

   § 31-21-7  Parallel parking –Proximity to curb. – Except as otherwise provided in §§ 31-21-8 and 31-21-9, every vehiclestopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall bestopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle parallel to andwithin twelve inches (12") of the right-hand curb.
