SECTION 31-22-11.4

   § 31-22-11.4  School bus drivers pre-tripinspection. – Every school bus driver shall perform a daily pre-trip inspection of his or herassigned vehicle, and shall report promptly and in writing any defect ordeficiencies discovered that may affect the safety of the vehicle's operationor result in mechanical breakdown. Pre-trip inspection and condition reportsfor school vehicles subject to the motor carrier safety regulations of theFederal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ("FMCSA") as may be amended fromtime to time shall be performed in accordance with those regulations.
