SECTION 31-22-11.5

   § 31-22-11.5  Use of school bus withsuspended registration – Penalty. – No registered owner, school superintendent, or driver shall use or allow to beused any school bus for transporting children after notification that the busregistration has been suspended for failure to appear for its scheduledinspection or for failure to pass the inspection. The registered owner of thebus shall be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for eachday the bus is used to transport children in violation of this chapter.
