SECTION 31-22-14.1

   § 31-22-14.1  Towing – Accident scene.– Every licensed wrecker who shall render towing services at the scene of anaccident shall also have the responsibility to remove all glass and debris atthe accident scene from the roadway at the time of rendering the services. Apolice officer shall remain on the scene of the accident until the licensedwrecker has cleared the roadway from auto debris in accordance with thissection.
