§ 31-22-7 - Following fire apparatus.
SECTION 31-22-7
§ 31-22-7 Following fire apparatus. –The driver of any vehicle other than one on official business, shall not followany fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm closer than fivehundred feet (500'), or drive into or park the vehicle within the block wherefire apparatus has stopped in answer to a fire alarm. Violations of thissection are subject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
