SECTION 31-23.1-7

   § 31-23.1-7  Departmental cooperation.– Within appropriations available for them, the departments, agencies, andofficers of the government of this state may cooperate with and assist thevehicle equipment safety commission within the scope contemplated by articleIII(h) of the compact. The departments, agencies, and officers of thegovernment of this state are authorized generally to cooperate with thecommission.
