SECTION 31-23.2-11

   § 31-23.2-11  Violation constitutingdeceptive trade practice. – Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a deceptivetrade practice under the terms of chapter 13.1 of title 6. In addition to theprovisions of § 31-23.2-8, all of the public and private remedies providedfor in chapter 13.1 of title 6 shall be available to enforce the provisions ofthis chapter.
