SECTION 31-23-28

   § 31-23-28  Failure to have fenders orwheel flaps. – Any person who violates any provision of §§ 31-23-26 and 31-23-27shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more thanthirty (30) days, or both fine and imprisonment.
