SECTION 31-23-29
§ 31-23-29 Flares and warning devices.– (a) No person shall operate any truck, truck/tractor or passenger bus upon anyhighway unless there shall be carried flares and/or warning devices for stoppedand/or disabled vehicles.
(b) These flares and/or warning devices shall conform and bedisplayed according to regulations set forth in 49 CFR Parts 390-399, asamended.
(c) Violations of this section are subject to finesenumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
