§ 31-23-3 - Farm and road machinery exempt.
SECTION 31-23-3
§ 31-23-3 Farm and road machinery exempt.– The provisions of this chapter and chapter 24 of this title with respect toequipment on vehicles shall not apply to farm vehicles, road machinery, roadrollers, or farm tractors except as made applicable in these chapters.
