§ 31-23-6 - Maintenance of brakes.
SECTION 31-23-6
§ 31-23-6 Maintenance of brakes. –All brakes shall be maintained in good working order and shall be so adjustedas to operate as equally as practicable with respect to the wheels on oppositesides of the vehicle. The brake fluid in hydraulic brakes shall conform tominimum S.A.E. (Society of Automotive Engineers) standards.
