SECTION 31-24-10

   § 31-24-10  Rear reflectors required.– Every new motor vehicle sold and operated upon a highway, other than a trucktractor, shall carry on the rear, either as a part of the tail lamps orseparately, two (2) red reflectors, except that every motorcycle and everymotor-driven cycle shall carry at least one reflector, meeting the requirementsof § 31-24-11, and except that vehicles of the type mentioned in §31-24-37 shall be equipped with reflectors. Violations of this section aresubject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
