SECTION 31-24-16

   § 31-24-16  Spot lamps. – Any motor vehicle may be equipped with not to exceed two (2) spot lamps andevery lighted spot lamp shall be aimed and used upon approaching anothervehicle so that no part of the high-intensity portion of the beam will bedirected to the left of the prolongation of the extreme left side of thevehicle nor more than one hundred feet (100') ahead of the vehicle. Violationsof this section are subject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
