§ 31-24-29 - Maximum intensity of lights.

SECTION 31-24-29

   § 31-24-29  Maximum intensity of lights.– Any lighted lamp or illuminating device upon a motor vehicle other than headlamps, spot lamps, auxiliary lamps, or flashing front direction signals whichprojects a beam of light of an intensity greater than three hundred (300)candle power, shall be directed so that no part of the beam will strike thelevel of the roadway on which the vehicle stands at a distance of more thanseventy-five feet (75') from the vehicle. Violations of this section aresubject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
