SECTION 31-24-41

   § 31-24-41  Visibility of reflectors.– Every reflector upon any vehicle referred to in § 31-24-37 shall be of asize, have characteristics, and be maintained so as to be readily visible atnighttime from all distances from fifty feet (50') to five hundred feet (500')from the vehicle when directly in front of lawful upper beams of head lamps.Reflectors required to be mounted on the sides of the vehicle shall reflect therequired color of light to the sides, and those mounted on the rear shallreflect a red color to the rear. Violations of this section are subject tofines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
