SECTION 31-24-42

   § 31-24-42  Visibility of front and rearclearance lamps. – Front and rear clearance lamps shall be capable of being seen and distinguishedunder normal atmospheric conditions at the times lights are required at adistance of five hundred feet (500') from the front and rear, respectively, ofthe vehicle. Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in§ 31-41.1-4.
