SECTION 31-24-43

   § 31-24-43  Visibility of side markerlamps. – Side marker lamps shall be capable of being seen and distinguished under normalatmospheric conditions at the times lights are required at a distance of fivehundred feet (500') from the side of the vehicle on which they are mounted.Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
