SECTION 31-24-50

   § 31-24-50  Trademark or name shown onequipment. – No person shall have for sale, sell, or offer for sale for use upon or as apart of the equipment of a motor vehicle, trailer, or semi-trailer any lamp ordevice mentioned in § 31-24-49 which has been approved by theadministrator of the division of motor vehicles unless the lamp or device bearson it the trademark or name under which it is approved so as to be legible wheninstalled. Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in §31-41.1-4.
