SECTION 31-24-6

   § 31-24-6  Height of head lamps. – Every head lamp upon every motor vehicle, including every motorcycle andmotor-driven cycle, shall be located at a height measured from the center ofthe head lamp of not more than fifty-four inches (54") nor less thantwenty-four inches (24") to be measured as set forth in § 31-24-3.Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
